Trained 4,000+ Mentors to work in teams of 4 or so mentors with over 2,000 individuals and families, making a plan for success in life, and working toward life and often faith transformation. 

Developed and promoted community cooperative approaches to address previously unmet social service needs. 

Developed multiple outreaches that have won state and national awards and recognition, e.g. Gabe's Autos.

Advocated to bring multiple national programs to our region by developing relationships at regional, state, and national levels.
